IproDEA was established in 2014 with the vision of delivering high-quality services in the domains of Architecture and Project Management.
Our businesses are constantly adapting to the changing needs and challenges of the world, especially in regards to sustainability and environmental protection. At the same time, we are embracing new development and project management technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), augmented reality and artificial intelligence that are transforming the technical landscape of our profession. As a result, we are always learning and innovating, and we value curiosity and creativity more than ever.
I also firmly believe that the success of each project depends primarily on the collaboration of the people, the clear understanding of the expectations of the stakeholders, and the human-centered approach.

Yves Delmar
Yves Delmar – Biography
Yves Delmar is a Swiss architect with a long and distinguished career spanning four decades and three continents. He graduated from Cogswell Polytechnical College (today University of Silicon Valley) in San Francisco with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, and then obtained a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University in New York. He also holds a certificate in Business and Project Management.
Yves has always been passionate about creating sustainable and context-sensitive architecture, especially in the field of solar architecture that combines passive design principles and active technology. He has led and managed several large-scale projects in Switzerland and abroad, demonstrating his expertise and leadership skills.
Some of his notable positions include Director of major projects for Steiner Geneva/Zurich, one of the leading development and construction companies in Switzerland; Country CEO for Emaar, a Dubai-based developer of iconic projects such as Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall; and Deputy Managing Director for Alliances, a listed real estate group in Morocco.
He is currently registered as an architect in the A register of Swiss architects (REG A) and in the canton of Vaud. He has also been affiliated with various professional associations and orders, such as the Society of Swiss Engineers and Architects (SIA), the Swiss College of Expert Architects (CSEA), the Order of Ticino Architects (OTIA), and the Order of French Architects.
