Description
The design of this villa takes advantage of the sloping site, which provides stunning views of the valley. The main volume of the house is a long rectangle that sits on the upper part of the lot and extends to the southwest with a pool that blends in with the landscape. This configuration ensures that all living spaces have scenic vistas. The facades are built with durable materials that do not need maintenance over time, such as bush-hammered concrete cast in situ and pink concrete bricks with a “split face” texture. The roof is thermally active with black lacquered aluminum tiles that absorb solar heat and contain water pipes connected to the heating system of the house.
