As part of our mandate, the concept of the initial neighborhood plan has been significantly reworked, in order to improve the feasibility and efficiency of the project, while adapting it to the updated programs of future users and lessees. This approach was carried out by favoring a rational, innovative and sustainable architecture.

The district is exemplary from an energy and ecological standpoint, and meets the “Site 2000 watts” and “THPE” (Very High Energy Performance) labels.
