“Les Arènes” is a multifunctional project developed for a city block in the center of Casablanca. It features a hotel, luxury apartments and an office tower for CDM, a Crédit Agricole subsidiary in Morocco. The project designed by the renowned architects Christian and Elisabeth de Portzamparc, envisioned an open urban block that fosters quality public spaces and social and functional diversity. The main tower was intended to be a luminous landmark with a distinctive architecture containing offices, meeting rooms, an auditorium, a restaurant and a skybar. The hotel tower, in the neighboring building, featured 220 rooms and suites, as well as a spa, pool and lounges. The high-end apartments, were designed to offer panoramic views of the city and easy access to the hotel amenities.
